There is constant violation of the rights of women by culture through force mariages, genital mutilation, refusal of fimale inheritance and also the rights of the child and albinos. " Poverty alleviation through the provision of micro credit for income generating activities. The village poeple work very hard but earn very little, they live from hard to mouth leading to high rate of mortality, diseases, and malnutrition. lack of opportunity to improve on their activities towards generating income since they have no colletaral security in order to borrow from large financial institution. With our micro credit scheme we will provide long term loans with very low interest rate for income generating activities. " Educational development and the fight against illiteracy through the creation of learning institution. It should be worth noting that more than 70 % of rural population of Kom in the North west of Cameroon are illiterates within which 52 % are childre and more than 60% are fimale since they are not given the opportunity to study as they are being soled in times of hardship to solve some economic problems. This could be because children will have to trek for a distance between 5-10 Kilo metres each day to School . " Fight for Children's Rights by sensitisation of the adult population on the importance of the rights of the child and its importance to the future of the child and its contribution to community development and Nation's building. Some of the villagers of Kom sell their girl child either for force marriage or prostitution for income, some of the boys have to take care of the family by hawking and goat or cattlee heading, so have no time to go to School.
